2 ★A little disappointed Google Pixel is not supported. App takes multiple attempts to connect. Sometimes it fails during the testing phass and you have to start all over. Maybe my Nano is defective and I should try a new one? However, tried going back to my Note 5 only to have the app not load. 🤷
2 ★For whatever reason the most current version of this app is not the same as the most current version of the app created for Apple devices. The most current downloadable version available for android is 4.0.44, whereas the Apple's version is 5.11.0. Unacceptable, and disappointing. The current version for Android is super buggy. I hate it. I'll be happy to change my review once the app version is upgraded for Android.
5 ★Easiest, most responsive online company I've ever dealt with. You ask them to do something, like delay shipment, because you're getting your supplies too quickly. BOOM 💥! It's done, and the response is personalized and positive. No issues. AMAZON could learn lessons here.
5 ★Accurate & dependable! When it comes right down to it, that is all that is needed in any product dealing with diabeties! And it works seamlessly with my phone with no issues! I can not brag enough about this awesome diabetes monitor! 👏 I use it as a corrective guage and guidline for my Dexcom G7. If my G7 gives me #'s that I don't feel are accurate, I whip this out and calibrate my G7 to the accuracy of this one!
5 ★I am very happy with the Duo C and the readings. Unfortunately I had to unsubscribe because I am prediabetes and I just do not need a subscription for the strips. I wish you could get them as needed rather than subscribing. So because of this I had to get another Glucometer that I can purchase strips on my own schedule.
5 ★It is so easy to use. I subscribe to the unlimited plan, because I like being able to test my blood sugar whenever I want. The app is easy to navigate, and it is always positive even when my blood sugar is way out of range! It is way more affordable than buying strips at the store. Thank you!
5 ★My experience with Center Health byfar has been exceptional! They were so informative and highly helpful. Since I wanted to check on my glucose range after meals. It was difficult to not have an understanding of a good healthy pattern unless I have a record on hand. I'm so glad to have found Center Health, which provides the resources I need to maintain my glucose and achieve better health.Stay happy/healthy.
1 ★worked great for week and a half than I started having trouble getting app to connect. last time I used it the nano would not connect to my samsung7. Did all trouble shooting recomended still won't conect. canceled subscription more than once with no response and still getting charged for strips. Switched it to 1 star from 2. Do not give them your credit card info.
5 ★I have been using this app for almost a year. It has helped me to go from an a1c of >14.1 to 5.8 and we are hoping by the next blood test I will be off meds and just monitoring my bs. The app is easy to use and helps see where trends are and when I need to focus my efforts. It keeps an record of my readings and my estimated a1c. Customer support has always been above and beyond. I live being able to get what I need in the mail and it is always prompt. I recommend 10/10
5 ★I'm 27 and been diagnosed with type 1 diabetes for 20 years so I've had many different meters, but none of them have made it to easy and convenient to test and record my glucose and be able to log my insulin, food, and exercise in one simple place. It has made me become more responsible with my diabetes since it's so easy to log and track everything. And the price for strips is great, can't forget that since I'm pretty sure we all know how expensive strips can get. I'm grateful 🥰
5 ★This is one of the most accurate testing methods I've ever used, and their customers support absolutely rocks. Ellie has helped me out so many times, even when I was at my wit's end over a couple issues with my phone model. I've been using them for at least 8 months now, and will continue to! I get a meter and test strips free through my medical insurance,but I gladly pay the small price for this service as well. It's so worth it. Thank you Center Health!
2 ★This ap was great for a while, but in the past year it has slowed WAAAAY down and even stopped working all together. When my GL feels low and your ap takes 10 minutes to load the machine it's very frustrating.
