Deze App is een middel om de samenwerking en communicatie tussen het Albert Schweitzer ziekenhuis en haar verwijzers te bevorderen.In deze App vindt u het smoelenboek van huisartsen, medisch specialisten, specialisten ouderengeneeskunde en andere relevante personen. Contactgegevens zoals telefoonnummers en spoednummers van huisartsen, specialismen, laboratoria zijn beschikbaar. Er zijn werkafspraken opgenomen die voor alle betrokkenen van belang zijn. Hier houden we u op de hoogte van actueel regionaal nieuws over bijvoorbeeld het ASz, huisartsen, de Huisartsenpost, de SEH, etc.
De regionale huisartsen, specialisten ouderengeneeskunde en de medisch specialisten van het Albert Schweitzer ziekenhuis kunnen exclusief gebruik maken van de ASz Artsenwijzer App. Bureau Huisartsencontacten voorziet op uw verzoek in een persoonlijke uitnodiging met een daarbij behorende login en wachtwoord.

bieden topklinische zorg en medisch-specialistische basiszorg, momenteel
