Questa applicazione è rivolta a tre differenti tipologie di soggetti che mettendosi in relazione fra loro generano una situazione di reciproca convenienza per tutti.Il primo soggetto è la società sportiva SEA che organizza attività prevalentemente sportive a favore della collettività, in particolar modo di quella che gravita a Collegno e nella Valle di Susa.
Il secondo soggetto è il network di attività commerciali operanti nella collettività di cui sopra, che supportano lo svolgimento delle attività di cui sopra pubblicizzando il proprio marchio.
Il terzo soggetto è, ovviamente, la collettività delle Famiglie.
La situazione che genera reciproca convenienza si concretizza quando la Famiglia acquista per se’ presso una delle attività commerciali del network ricevendo una sorta di rimborso percentuale sul prezzo dell'acquisto effettuato (da spendersi per acquisti presso SEA) e l’attività commerciale, che riceve il beneficio della vendita, riconosce a SEA una quota provvigionale.
L'applicazione consente di gestire le informazioni anagrafiche delle tre diverse tipologie di soggetti e consente di eseguire tutte le transazioni necessarie a tracciare le varie operazioni di acquisto/vendita.
Inoltre sono disponibili tutte le transazioni per il calcolo del “portafoglio” di rimborsi verso la Famiglia, e per il riconoscimento della provvigione a SEA.
Infine sono mantenute tutte le serie storiche degli acquisti e delle provvigioni ed è possibile produrre una situazione di riepilogo delle spese effettuate al livello di singola famiglia, di singolo punto vendita e/o sponsor ed a livello di società sportiva.
Tutte le transazioni sono controllate dal punto di vista della correttezza e coerenza dei dati inseriti.
Con questa applicazione diventa assolutamente facile ed immediato gestire nei massimi dettagli il tipo di rapporto commerciale sopra descritto inducendo immediata convenienza ai vari soggetti nelle transazioni contabili.
Il collegamento fra i soggetti ed il data base dell'applicazione è realizzato attraverso la fornitura di credenziali semplici quali un indirizzo e-mail ed una password; le informazioni contenute sul data base sono protette con i sistemi di sicurezza al momento più evoluti.
