O MSWait-CHEDV é a aplicação móvel do sistema de Gestão de Atendimento MSWait que permite aos Utentes do CHEDV – Centro Hospitalar de Entre Douro e Vouga solicitarem nos seus equipamentos móveis, smartphones e tablets, as suas senhas de atendimento para consultas marcadas e para outros serviços disponibilizados nas três Unidades de Saúde do CHEDV.Através da MSWait App, e estando no espaço físico de uma das 3 Unidades de Saúde do CHEDV o utente pode:
- solicitar uma senha virtual de Atendimento para uma consulta previamente marcada;
- solicitar uma senha virtual de Atendimento para qualquer serviço disponibilizado na Unidade Hospitalar;
- receber notificação de chamada para a Consulta ou Balcão de Atendimento.
Na MSWait-CHEDV pode criar o perfil dos seus familiares de modo a poder efetuar as mesmas operações quando os acompanhar ao CHEDV – Centro Hospitalar de Entre Douro e Vouga para Consultas ou outros cuidados de saúde.
