About CIAP-2 APK

CIAP-2 é uma APP destinada a equipes de Atenção Primária (Ex.: médicos, psicólogos, enfermeiros, assistentes sociais, entre outros...) tendo como objetivo facilitar a busca dos procedimentos e códigos relacionados a sintomas, queixas e procedimentos na atenção primária à saúde.A CIAP (Classificação Internacional de Atenção Primária), foi elaborada pelo Comitê Internacional de Classificação da Organização Mundial de Associações Nacionais, Academias e Associações Acadêmicas de Clínicos Gerais/ Médicos de Família (WONCA).
Este projeto nasceu em 2006, quando o Brasil passou a ter um representante no Comitê Internacional de Classificação da WONCA (WICC). O Ministério da Saúde assinou um convênio com a SBMFC, que permitiu o pagamento dos royalities para a WONCA e o livre uso da CIAP no Brasil.
A CIAP é feita com base na prevalência dos problemas de saúde, e o principal critério de inclusão é ser mais prevalente que 1:1.000. A Estratégia Saúde da Família (ESF) tem sido responsável pela reestruturação da atenção primária no Brasil, e o uso da CIAP permitirá conhecer melhor a demanda dos pacientes e o trabalho realizado. Desta forma, ajudará no planejamento das ações nas unidades de saúde e também das atividades voltadas para o desenvolvimento profissional contínuo.
Quando empregada da forma correta, torna-se uma poderosa ferramenta, que permite classificar os problemas diagnosticados pelos profissionais, os motivos das consultas e também a condição social do paciente. Permitindo assim, uma boa estratificação e codificação da atenção primaria à saúde.
