This is the reason we are building Jobsweeper to ease the process to match great employees with great employers. Making peoples lifes easier.Jobsweeper is using a recommendation engine to help jobseekers find new job oppertunities with swipes. You can either do a positive swipe or a negative and as the user interact with the service the recommendation engine learns what type of job openings a jobseeker is looking for.
