oxymountDies ist ein Mobile Service für den Aussendienst/Service und digitalisiert das Organisieren und Rapportieren von Servicecases. Es dient zur Effizienzsteigerung im Handling mit Serviceprozessen. Der Benutzer kann dies einzig mit diesem Mobile Service durchführen und managen. Die Daten werden automatisch mit dem Backendsystem synchronisiert wo auch der Datenimport/-export erfolgt. Somit sind die Arbeitsfortschritte der Servicetechniker im Backoffice realtime ersichtllich.
Die einzelnen Servicetechniker sehen auf dem Tablet nur ihre eigenen Servicecaese. Diese enthalten alle Detailinformationen der Geräte und Arbeitsanweisungen aus dem Backoffice.
Die Terminierungen können direkt auf dem mobilen System eingegeben werden. Die Arbeitsrapportierung inkl. Kundenunterschrift erfolgt digital auf dem Tablet. Aus dem Backend werden realtime die Arbeitsrapporte als PDF erstellt und können bei Bedarf dem Kunden zugestellt werden.
Das System kann flexibel für verschiedene Zwecke angepasst werden.
