TeamForce is a team motivation platform. It makes key activities that drive results a game. By assigning points (weightage) to the activities accordingly and making the points system a contest, the boring day-to-day job is now a game that everyone looks forward to.Setting up the system is extremely easy. The key activities, points and target can be configured all from the app itself. Invitations will then be sent out via SMSes to team members.
The check-in action can be accomplished with just two clicks. Team members will get real-time notifications when one of the members completes an activity. The real-time leaderboard provides visibility into the progress of the whole team.
The team manager will also be able to generate detailed reports on the overall team performance.
