¿Qué hacemos?

• Trámites de activos intangibles ante el Instituto Mexicano de la Propiedad Industrial (IMPI) y ante el Instituto Nacional del Derecho de Autor (INDAUTOR).
• Diseño, revisión y registro ante el IMPI e INDAUTOR de todo tipo de convenios o contratos relacionados con activos intangibles.
• Representación o asistencia en conflictos legales o litigios de activos intangibles ante el IMPI, INDAUTOR y Tribunales Federales (Sala Especializada en Materia de Propiedad Intelectual (SEPI) del Tribunal Federal de Justicia Fiscal y Administrativa (TFJFA), Juzgados de Distrito en Materia Administrativa y Tribunales Colegiados de Circuito).
