Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

4 ★Still trying
4 ★Replace (;) with (,)
5 ★Nice
5 ★Only after reading the comments was I able to get this to work. When you expert your SMS's from a Nokia, move the .CSV straight to your android without opening it. Then change the ruleset for Nokia to replace all [;] with [,]. Gave it 5 stars as I'm so glad to have my texts from my Nokia C2 with me again.
2 ★There is no option to import contact from xml,Please fix it.
5 ★Hi
5 ★It works smoothly...
3 ★The app looks promising, but it didn't help me migrate my text messages from Nokia Suite to HTC Desire. Basically, I've exported SMSs from Nokia Suite (3.2) to CSV. Replaced all semi-colons with comas, double checked the format, no MMSs were there. Still getting Java exception.
4 ★I came across this while attempting to transfer messages from my old Nokia E72 to my new Samaung Galaxy S III. The instructions posted here about replacing the ";" with the "," worked like a charm. Just a small gripe though - all messages now appear as unread. Of course, that can be easily fixed. Wonderful app indeed !!!
5 ★Worked perfectly. Transferred around 5000 sms from nokia to samsung s duos. Thanks to developer. **************One thing i want to add for all those who are getting Java error. **************** Read "Quick Help" carefully and then edit conversion set. Click on Manage Conversion sets -> select your file type (Nokia in my case) -> Edit Inbox and Sent pattern by replacing ; with , (comma) -> Click on Modify -> Now try to import your csv file. Good luck :)
4 ★As most other people commented, this does not work for Nokia CSV files. However, it does offer the facility for you to create your own filters. After a bit of digging around in the CSV file, I managed to figure-out the following filters: In the Inbox field: "sms","[^"]*","[^,]*,RECEIVED","$(address)","[^"]*","[^"]*","$(dateyyyy.MM.dd hh:mm),"","$(body)"[\n] In the Sent field: "sms","[^"]*","SENT,[^"]*","[^"]*","$(address)","[^"]*","$(dateyyyy.MM.dd hh:mm),"","$(body)"[\n] To do this I created a totally new filter. I found that my tweaks to the Nokia CSV filter got overwritten so best to create a new one. Also, watch-out for auto-correct that tries to correct some of the words and add spaces after commas. There should be no spaces after the commas! Also, the CSV needs to be in Unix format, rather than windows (ie. uses \n line-endings instead of \r\n). If you search around the Internet, you should be able to find a converter. I've given it 4-stars as it works (after a lot of effort) but is not the easiest app to use. Fortunately, you normally only need it once.
1 ★Despite double-checking the pattern match string and source files, and absence of any MMS messages, I too got the Java error. Uninstalled and used 'SMS Importer Lite' instead which worked perfectly (although did have to chop the CSV into chunks of 100 texts, but the Pro version can do it in one go if required).
