5 ★I like this App! DART has done a great job making the app useful on delays and during the early 2021 cold snap went to scenario 2 via the app! The only thing ( which I understand timetables and distance) is factor the bus times at rail stations to correspond to the rail trains???? I get off a train and the bus takes departs immediately. So I have to wait another 20/30 or even longer sometimes for the next bus????? RUDE!!! It's like that at every station????

4 ★There is a recent issue that has occurred with this app beginning approximately Feb 23rd. When activating a pass (Local PM or AM), it is taking exactly one hour to turn from Blue (recently activated) to Yellow (activated). I think during normal operation it would take a minute. Is it possible that a recent update caused the units in this algorithm to be incorrect?

5 ★Very reliable, love this app.

5 ★Convenient and a lot cheaper on the app. Sometimes I have to compare the navigation to google and the app to get a better schedule plan for accuracy. But good overall

3 ★Handy for those that don't use cash. Pay for what you use. I don't think there is a experation date for unused, paid electronic tickets. At least I have not ran into that scenario yet. I know DART can track their trains and buses would be a nice add on for public riders as well. All the transit centers are still closed with no future reopening date which is not good in winter or summer.

4 ★I use this app frequently. Its useful and 85% accurate.

5 ★I absolutely love the app. No more lost passes!!! Love the ease of buying my passes. Wish they would add a subscription service. That would make it easier.

1 ★Trip planning on this program blows, and also they don't tell you if you buy tickets in advance and don't use them within 2 or 3 months- they delete your tickets bought for non-use ( basically theft IMHO)

5 ★I love using this app since it's very easy to use. I can set up my travel itinerary any time. Also, I can request a ride for DART GoLink any day of the week.

4 ★Bus route 110 seems to NEVER be on time. Two Saturdays in a row I have waited at the WESTEND BUS STATION up to two hours and fifteen minutes in cold windy conditions. As I followed bus 110 on visual map it said that bus 110 had arrived at the WESTEND BUS STATION but when the bus I tracked arrived it turned out to be bus route 165. I was baffled by this. There were about 12 other people waiting with me the first time and about 6 other persons waiting with me the 2nd Saturday. This is not good.

5 ★Dart GoPass is a nice app it's very efficient but over time Dart itself has become less popular because the buses often don't show up on time. Fix that issue and it's all good.
