4 ★This app does not really help I end up calling anyway and z Trip track record isn't any good wait two to three hours for getting a cab
1 ★This app is unacceptable! This app and call center has word two times out of the 12 or more times I've tried to Use it. I even had a driver named Courtney Tripp cancel my trip before I was ever even picked up. I tried to use it today and I've been waiting for a cab for 3 whole hours since 5:15pm till 7:15 pm and still waiting. I'm sorry to say but yellow cab should have NEVER EVER CHANGED. Even calling for the cab takes forever talking to a machine is AWFUL!! WISH YALL COULD DO BETTER!!!!
3 ★I really think there needs to be some sort of update. It will say my driver is 4 mins away and 15 mins later I'm getting a call on where I need to be picked up. I cant even follow where they are cause the cars on the app don't even move so I have no idea where they are, I cant plan anything because it's so unpredictable. I'm in the middle or showering because I thought I had 19 mins and 5 mins after booking it they call me and say they're here. This app needs a lot of work.
1 ★This app was great. Twice now app did not update if anyone was assigned or on their way. On one occasion waited for over 45 mins both my elderly mother and I ended up with bronchitis and my toddler granddaughter also was sick for days. I finally begged and bribed a neighbor to pick us up. There are much easier ways to let a customer know you no longer wish to serve.
1 ★Totally unreliable service! Ordered a cab 12 hours in advance. 1 hour before my ride they called to confirm. When my ride didn't arrive I called he service and was told that they cancelled my ride without notifying me! They were unwilling to assist me further and hung up on me while I was requesting more information! I've lived in NYC and traveled the US, but I've never had such a horrible experience with a ride service!!
1 ★Don't bother downloading. Wont load at all now, promocodes all come back as invalid... better off just going through the website or just calling. Wasted wayyyy too much time messing with the app, could have walked where I was going. Took back my 2 star rating after it stopped working all together.
1 ★Used to order ztrip daily using my debit card. Now, it just shows "loading" on app. I've had to call dispatch a few times to make sure my ride even went thru! It's better to order online however, they don't take debit cards online, only in app! So ridiculous! Might have to switch to lyft or Uber... So disappointing
1 ★Horrible and no customer support i downloaded the app. each time i entered my phone number it read to enter a valid phone number. i made 4 phone calls for support. Each person sent me to someone else. App support never answered. Other department sent me to the city I would be located in. I sent an email for help and never received an acknowledgement or a solution. I'll stick with Lyft.
1 ★They need to seriously fix the app ontop of I'm tired of waiting for nearly two hours or more for a cab.calling them doesn't do any good either. It's still nearly a 2hr-3hr wait. It's ridiculously annoying. People have things to do or get to work or appointments on time and this causes them to be late.
1 ★This app just gets worse and worse. No longer recognizing my debit card and then it decides to somehow delete my password. Went ahead and reset it only for it to say that the new password isn't correct. Tried again even slower to make a new one and it says it's not correct. I'm just going to finally delete it. Not worth the hassle.
1 ★Booked my first ride and after 15 minutes I called the driver.. He claimed to be 20 miles away.. I live in one of the most populated cities in the United States, so I find that highly unlikely. Tried to cancel the ride and was not allowed to by the app.. If it doesn't work in one of the 10 most populated areas, it won't work anywhere. Surely I'm not the only one to experienced this and come to this conclusion
1 ★ZTrip is the WORST. Use ANY OTHER taxi service. If you use ZTrip, you will be waiting for upwards of 90 minutes, regardless if you schedule your ride hours in advance. The employees on the phone are also incompetent. This company should be bankrupt and has no right to run a cab service. If my transit service wasn't using them for their suspended routes, I would never touch them.
