5 ★Simple and effective. The sos app, just needs you number, and you to enter the verify code from an SMS, it then presents a button, which when pressed SMS you chosen contact. May contact verified he got the sms and it was very quick.

5 ★Really great app and very easy to use. Allows you to make contact with multiple chosen people in case of emergency, and even allows you to setup a timer, just in case there's a chance you may need an emergency (e.g. if you are on your own and answering the door). Great concept and especially handy for keeping an eye on loved ones and knowing they are safe.
5 ★Overall I am very pleased with this app and with the developer's customer service. Testing this app produced an unexpected result. One of my contacts is my cousin Harry and when I added his name to the list of my sos contacts the app automatically pulled his mobile and landline numbers from the contacts list on my smartphone. Unknown to me when I carried out the test (having primed another contact to take ownership of the test sos) Harry was out of the house and his mobile was on charge at home. His wife was on a call on the landline and this was interrupted by an alert in the form of a voice message. She was not expecting this. Initially she thought it was a scam: it had all the hallmarks- recorded American voice, claiming friend needed help and asking recipient to dial 1 to help. I put all this to the developer in an email and got a very full and helpful email back by return. He has taken my points on board and is considering making additions to the app to meet them. The friend on the other end of the test got the sos alert on his landline ok and his wife ,who is also on my contact list ,got a text on her mobile. Two other contacts later reported that they had also received the alert by text message to their mobile phones .So on this basis I have signed up for a year. I hope I never have to use the app, but I feel reassured that it is there and that it does work.
5 ★My brothers and I used the free trial for my mother who is bed bound. It has worked great as all she has to do is push one button and the app calls and texts us immediately that mom needs something. We have now purchased the yearly subscription and look forward to having this tool available for our family. Support service has been great so far with quick reply to my one question about my account status. Thank you for a great App!

5 ★I really wanted to use this app, I drive a lot and live alone at the moment and wanted something to alert my family or friends incase im in danger, I did the whole process registering and signing up, when I came back to the app to add more family member I couldn't continue and kept getting a message to try again some time later. 2 ★I'm old school. I want a manual or user guide that tells me everything about this app, including best use practices. I'll revise this review if I get or see one. I also tested this app in an area where cell phone and thus, Internet connectivity, is poor. The check in facility would not send a message to the message receiver even with numerous attempts. If it doesn't work on a check-in, it won't work in an emergency. Need to be able to test and verify.
