Sayın Meslektaşlarım, Değerli Öğrenciler,Türk Karaciğer Araştırmaları Derneği Hepatoloji Okullarının altıncısını 12-15 Mayıs 2016’da Antalya’da gerçekleştirilecektir. Bu seneki okulumuzda ana konu başlığı ‘Semptomdan Teşhise, Teşhisten Tedaviye’ olarak belirlenmiştir. Biz klinisyenlerin birincil hedefi teşhisi koymaktır. Teşhis konulduğunda işin en zor kısmını gerçekleştirmiş oluruz. Birer dedektif gibi ipuçlarından yani ‘semptomlardan’ yola çıkarak, anamnezi derinleştirerek ve laboratuvar desteği ile hastaya sorun yaratan hastalığı teşhis ederiz. Teşhisi koyduktan sonra işin çoğunu hallettiğimizi biliriz. Bundan sonra geriye kalan ise doğru tedaviyi uygulamaktır. Burada ise bazen tek bir tedavi seçeneğimiz varken, bazen birden fazla seçenek olur ve hasta vizitlerinde farklı görüşler ortaya çıkar. İşte klinisyenlik tam da böyle yaşanır. Bu seneki Hepatoloji Okulumuzda, semptomlardan yola çıkarak hastalıklara tanı koymanın ve tanıdan sonra tedavi seçeneklerini değerlendirmenin öğrenilmesi planlanmıştır.
Antalya baharında ‘Şehrin Tam Kalbinde’ Akra Barut Otel’de gerçekleşecek okulumuzda klinisyenliğin en ince ayrıntılarına kadar keyfini çıkarmak istiyorsanız, tüm meslektaşlarımızı ve özellikle gastroenteroloji, iç hastalıkları, genel cerrahi, enfeksiyon ve klinik mikrobiyoloji asistan ve başasistanlarımızı davet ediyoruz. Ayrıca bildiri de kabul edilecek Hepatoloji Okulumuza bildirilerinizi bekler, vereceğiniz bilimsel destek ve katılımınızdan dolayı sizlere teşekkür ederim.
