How to install GIG Mobility APK on Android phone or tablet?

1 ★I wish I could rate with a zero star. Don't even bother to download this app. Their services is frustrating, even the road side transport services is better than GIG motors. They'll transload you like luggages before you get to your destination. Worst ever.
2 ★I have been trying to book for days now getting to payment they will tell me my bank blocked the transaction have used several Atm's to try and yet repeating same message can't travel cuz I don't want to take the risk getting to the park and I am told no more space that's fustrating going on for a couple of days now maybe I will try other agencies

1 ★Terrible, never would I ever book with God is good Motors. Lost my money, ended up using Big Joe because the time and the bus they put on the app was different from what was on ground. How can a 7:30 am bus not be at the park as at 8:30?...The incompetence stinks . Too bad, they ruined God is Good Motors with no maintenance culture. Never again because the evil you guys caused today is enough to send a clear warning to me and my family to stay off your bus terminals.

1 ★GIG services presently is very bad especially Awka terminal ... I booked a jet mover bus of 8000 to Abuja and later got a message that my bus has been changed to a hiace bus of 7000 without given us any balance and on getting to the park there was no bus at all we had to wait for hours for them to send bus from Enugu and as at 9am we were still at the park... Very frustrating ... Don't think I will use this company again because this is the second time it's happening...

1 ★This App is asking for update. Every efforts to update for one month now didn't yield any result. I even deleted tge existing App to re-intall, yet can't download. Why??? My phone has enough space to accommodate the app, and with very strong internet. All attempts to speak to you is waste of money and time. GIGM, you are gradually loising value. Valued customers cannot get value, despite your high cost of service. Kindly provide solution.
1 ★Very bad experience, I took it to Yenagoa believing it would be cool. I paid for Luxury bus, but I got one old awful China bus with no ac. We got flat tyre believe me no spanner to change it! The bus was delayed to the extent that we left Lagos around 12pm because we left their office late. Imagine you in the bush on Nigeria road with all these insecurities. We got to Warri at 12am and we have to sleep inside bus. Very hurrible experience. If you need your life don't near them.

3 ★I have been travelling with GIGM for years and have always enjoyed their services. I travelled today the 10th of April 2021 from Ajah to Umuahia/Akwa Ibom and the experience was not pleasant. A boy in the vehicle connected his Bluetooth speakers and was playing his music as if he was in his private vehicle. The essence of this information is for GIGM to make a policy that people in their vehicles should not play out their music for any source and always use their ear piece. Thank you.
4 ★I liked using the app. It's quite user friendly and convenient. I had no issue at all, not even payment issues. Although, please work on your customer care line, your agents hardly pick calls. I called about 10 times. My call was only picked once. Thank you. Asides that, I'd recommend you guys any day, any time.
