1 ★This is not a good app for booking the ride. They don't use pickup and drop location. They just forward the area to the driver. You need to struggle to help them navigate to you. Drivers would cheat easily if you don't tell the route they take longer router because you are charged based on kilometers and your knowledge about the route. Bad service, use this app by knowing what you are liable for.
1 ★Very poor service. Not even worth a single 🌟 Had to wait for more than 1hr for the cab. If I had made them stay so long they charge waiting charge. What about we charge them fee for waiting? Moreover Cost is also very high. When the service is not good, there is no mean in paying so much money.
1 ★Don't pre-book if you're about to take an odd hour ride. These people will keep on reassign you with different chauffeurs who has no idea about the customer's urgency. If you're about to board a bus or train having time frame please go with some other platform which provides hassle free services.
