1 ★Very Worst Application ever, They always apologize for inconvenience. I ordered express payed a lot more than the regular shipping fee. Probably takes 4 days to deliver. Till now I didnt receive the other 2 shipments. He just called and says they will deliver it two more days. Your application SUCKS!!!!!!! Definitely the WORSE OF WORST!!!! I AM NOT RECOMMENDING THIS STUPID APP!!! I already mark my address and still asking me where they will send it, probably they dont know the address I provided
1 ★Some deals are OK but several of what I received was low quality or substandard special kid's toys received incomplete items send email they respond back quick but than they left you in the cold no more follow up so forget sevice, deliveryis slow nowhere near the 1 to 3 days some items I am waiting for several weeks already to bad I paid in advance otherwise I would return it on the spot. UPDATE Several auctions I "won" and prepaid weeks ago never arrived until now no reaction from Chilindo. !!
4 ★Overall, it is a great platform to compete for the best price we could bid on items they offered, but things get out of hand when there is no security for registering an account. Anyone can create infinite account with irrelevant email address and no email verification needed after the registration. This leads to tons of fake accounts everywhere that bid with no reason. Please add some security on the registration part, such as email verification or check email validity. Thank you
1 ★Bad app...we cannot win the bid...always have a new bid like a robot...done uninstall....let's shopping at shopee...hehhehehehehehe
1 ★Late service. they take your money instantly but they delay the shipment like crazy..its been a week from the day i pay for the item, and until today they never deliver my order..they give the tracking number, but, when i try to track my item, all it ever said is "recieve shipment data". Need more work on the delivery part..and need to have a refund option or warranty for the product as they take 10% of the price for service charge.
5 ★This is very interesting apps.i'm lovin it.i already suggested all my friends n family to own this apps on their phone But i think it will be better to put on "counting stock" so that we know how many more left for the products and believe me its gonna be wild bid especially towards the end of the product The additional NEW products are a little bit less and slow.u know when u scroll down the list and u'll see the same things for a week,its kinda boring n moody. Other than that i think this is the best auction apps ever.dont download it coz i want to win the bid haha
4 ★Apperently its a great biding apps.. The only issue i had is its will loged out from facebook login from time to time and wont log in again.. The only solution i had is to uninstall and reinstall again which is really annoying to me..anyway its really fun even if lot of bug issue during biding process..my first purchase is still on its way an ive no idea about the item quality.. Big thanks to customer support for fast reply to any of my inquiry
3 ★*Service charge 10% for final total amount, Delivery charge RM6, and "again" service charge 10% for each items. I'm paying items for lesser than those charges.. crazy!!! *I choose express delivery, but somehow it been delivered on the last day around 6pm. On the next day , it will goes to economy delivery. I think few hours , I need to pay extra... Doesn't make sense at all!!! *It always come up with auto names / bidding just to make sure we bid the highest possible. This called as trick!! Why?

2 ★The concept is good. But it would be good if there is an option to review received item so others have the idea of what they are getting. I bid pillow, i won but the quality is very frustrating. I knows its cheap but still frustrating. I also won a black "nonstick wok". And the black part is just black paint which seems unhealthy because the black paint stick to the food that i am cooking. Other item might be of good quality, hence it would be appropriate for winner to put item review.
1 ★Been waiting my parcel for almost a month until now. I've wrote an email to the customer service but no point. No reply. I'm very disappointed. Item paid with express service, expected will come 3 to 4 days as mentioned.. But sadly until now no updates.. Last update from apps is on 21st of may with chillindo status stated "on delivery and sent" now worse thing is the app already asked for the product reviews.. Date processing is on May 16th.. I think my item not send with express service 😌
3 ★date of received keep change ..i felt like there is spam moderator bot is like everything the sales keep changed and it got worsen when you are lagging the price keep change..app keep hang when checking item..why is the product i choose sometiems will be gone from the cart itself.pls reply , i got.my item a few days ago at 7 pm . cart for saved item lost after some time
