Download the app and log in using your Canyon Ranch @Home: Weight Loss program username and password.
Click the “Start Session” button to begin your live coaching session at your scheduled time.
If you prefer, you may log into your account at canyonranchathome.com and click the “Attend Now” button on your program dashboard at your session’s scheduled start time.
The app also allows you to reference the date/time of your next scheduled Canyon Ranch @Home: Weight Loss program coaching session.
