Description
Rockingham Casualty Company is offering a voluntary program to customers, with a private passenger auto policy, aimed at improving driver safety by providing feedback on driving behavior. The fee for this program is $5 per month per enrolled vehicle. The program is available to all policyholders that request to monitor one of their insured vehicles. Rockingham Casualty Company will provide participating customers with a telematics device to install into their vehicle. The device will record driving behavior when the vehicle is in motion and that data will be available for the customer's review at the end of each trip.To be eligible for the program, at least one vehicle on the customer's policy must be compatible with the telematics device. A customer may opt out of the program at any time and the fee will be prorated for the duration of service provided. Program status and data will not impact rating or underwriting.
