Biggest challenge a dentist is facing daily while scaling his/her business is collaboration with dental vendors like lab, suppliers, equipment dealers and patient on daily basis. Currently, this interaction are mainly through whatsapp and phone calls which are difficult to track and remember. For. e.g. if a dentist takes an impression of a patient, which need to be sent to the dental lab for crown, then he calls the lab guy to collect the impression. While giving he writes on a piece of paper the patient details, crown details (for warranty card) and delivery date. So daily he is suppose to receives some crown from the lab, he need to keep track of all those and if any one delivery is missed and patient is scheduled dentist will have to face embarrassment.Hurdle does not end here, many times labs forgot to deliver the warranty card then again he will have to chase them for it and main pain comes at the end of the month for the final invoice settlement with the lab, lots of confusion regarding past orders and payment, since all these things are on paper, so it is likely that confusion may arise.

Krawn is an app which helps the dentist to manage their patient appointment and place or manage order with dental lab/vendors, they can even track all the appointment and orders status. Once a doctor places the order to its lab through the app (this app), the lab receives a notification and accepts the order and this status change reflects on the order status on the app. He comes to the respective clinic picks the order and again change the status. On the date of delivery both will receive a notification on their respective app on date of delivery. Once lab delivers the order he again change the status and update the amount to be paid by the doctor. Now control is in doctor, he receives the crown and warranty card, as soon as he click on the app that warranty has been received, payment option is enabled for him. He pay directly through the app which is linked to his wallet. The order cannot be closed till all the amount has been paid. The lab closes the order if he receives all the payment and the order is now archived.
This same process can be used for ordering dental materials. Dentist had to interact with lab and suppliers on daily basis and this app makes their transaction smooth and painless. This is very helpful for dentist managing multiple clinics. Dentist can see the complete list of lab and suppliers in his areas and add them to their favourites.
