1 ★As per my experience, It's a worst app. This company not at all taking any respinsibility. The images of vehicles listed already sold out. They are not at all deleting such vehicle info. It's a trap to common people. I also found that during selection of vehicle, this system demand token advance and insist you to pay through online. They don't even bother about the availability of such vehicle . The total system is very complicated and don't have any option to return paid amount immediately
2 ★Navigation nightmare! Very confusing and poorly designed. Droom wants to offer 100s of options but has ended up with highly complicated and unusable product. Even the faq and help details are outdated. Struggling to even do the basics like updating a listing!
1 ★Its an app which will cheat you. They will Show products for 9rs in their site as part of sale and will charge full charge for a product which is of pretty bad quality for the price you pay. Also there is no option to cancel the order once placed and also no Policy for return. Don't waste your time and money with this app.

I paid the token amount for a ad.....and after I raised a dispute within two working days as I didn't wanted to get it from that seller; its already been One month still they have not refunded the money......... Irresponsible and careless customer service. I used it for the first time and that was my last time. Such a worst experience I had that I would never recommend to anyone else.
1 ★Worst experience ever. I paid token amount and went to see the vehicle. After travelling about 30kms to dealer on same day the vehicle was already sold. The token amount is yet to be refunded. Don't use this app. Better to consult dealers and buy directly from them. I would never ever suggest to buy anything from droom. It has been almost a month now and i am still waiting for my token amount to be refunded

Also the search or filters criteria is completely false no matter what u do or what you select as per year 2022 or any old of bike or kms it will show only profile who ask u to pay first to book test drive. After paying it's completely non refundable unless you finalize some bike from this site only. Very difficult to locate wishlist.

First of all you have to pay 500Rs unlock fee they they will recommend you vehicles which would also be of other states and you have to collect it yourself. And you know what they have disgusting customer service team and mannerless and they refunded my money after 45 days. If you are looking for old vehicle go with cars24 or other apps like olx etc which do not asks for any unlock fees or other ad posting charges. So wind up ur filthy startup
1 ★This platform is only for the buyers not for individual seller , its good only for for those paid resisted seller as until you do not upgrade your account to a paid registered seller you will not be even granted permmission to view your inbox for any query for your vehicle. Better dont waste time if you want to sell your vehical , its better to directly contact market or any other platform. Its very slow too, you are going to waste more time without any actual benefit.

I hadopted for selling service via this app and paid the amount and then I had to pursue them to send someone for vehicle inspection and then they stopped their work which was displayed as full assistance in selling. Regretfully I would say that I did not look for their reviews of sellers but only buyers otherwise I would never have paid them. It's almost 3 weeks since payment and they have given a 2 month assistance on record.
1 ★After taking the requirement, it will not show cars related to the requirement nor will any of the filters or sorting options work within the cars listed as matches to your requirement. Essentially disabling you from viewing the rights options.

Whenever I try to purchase helmet,sipper,etc for 9 or 19 Rupees scheme ,I always sit 5 minutes before and keep trying to apply coupon but it says "COUPON NOT ACTIVE RIGHT NOW" . Even if coupon gets applied sometimes and when I proceed to payment ,no payment option pops up and it is blank screen always. Even if somehow payment method shows up on screen then it says " Sorry the maximum limit of this coupon has reached" This ia not fair. Worst app
1 ★Fraud app!!! Don't download the app. I repeat it. Their 9rs sale is just to fool you to download the app and then cancel the product without giving the reason. Actually , I see their advertisement of 9rs sale and download the app.on sale day, I started trying to book the product from the morning and at afternoon sale I aas successful at booking the product at 39rs price. But after 2 days , they cancel the product.it was my first order . My order id is 25991315. Don't download it. I repeat.
