1 ★Awalnya terlihat mudah utk digunakan, dan dengan basis online dan menu sederhana membuat saya tertarik menggunakan. Belakangan support makin lama,link dgn bank account selalu bermasalah dan mesti di follow up berkali2, transaksi suka hilang direct feeds, dan setelah memiliki 3 account, tidak sekalipun Jurnal tanya mengenai feedback pelanggan. Dgn harga yang naik terus tiap tahun, saya agak kecewa karena merasa Jurnal masih banyak perlu perbaikan. Tp sayangnya di market belum ada penggantinya.

5 ★Saya sudah menggunakan jurnal 3 bulan. Program sungguh membantu, tetapi adasedikit kendala bagi usaha yang memiliki jenis barang yang banyak sepertisaya di bidang sparepart karena fitur kartu stok nya belum bisa diakseskarena fitur kartu stok akan eror bila jenis barang kebanyakan

2 ★Not-Simple-yet-Great-App. Selama berlangganan 2 bulan lebih, ternyata baik app atau web Jurnal masih belum stabil. Login unresponsive, kadang tidak bisa masuk saking lambatnya, terutama malam hari sampai pagi dini hari. Dibagian Product, setelah melakukan perubahan/ Edit tidak bisa disave, dan tidak muncul notifikasi apapun kenapa tidak bisa dirubah. Interface app dan web terlalu simple, belum dilengkapi dengan report Top Customer/ Vendor/ Product by sales. Tidak ada Message/ Task antar user admin, serta pengaturan Role Admin masih belum lengkap dan detail. Untuk versi web banyak bugs yg perlu diperbaiki, misal dibagian invoice, banyak fitur2 standar yang error dari awal berlangganan, misal fitur PPN masih saja muncul di beberapa produk pada waktu input Invoice, padahal sudah kita non-aktifkan PPN-nya. Fitur Preview Invoice via "sorot" masih error, tidak sesuai dengan data sebenarnya yang telah diinput didalam invoice. Kemudian pengetikan di form Invoice-Message masih error, pada saat pengetikan, tiba2 enter sendiri kursornya sampai ke bawah. Ini sudah kita coba ke beberapa laptop, pc dan sistem operasi baik Mac/ Windows. Kemudian pada saat input produk, ternyata tidak muncul All Product, cuma sebagian kecil sekitar 15% saja yg muncul. Sehingga kita harus ketik lagi produk dibagian "search". Belum lagi untuk penamaan Product berdasarkan Abjad/ Nomor, ternyata tidak bisa! List Product jadi tidak berurutan. Useless banget ini untuk app accounting berbayar sekelas Jurnal. Sebelumnya saya pake beberapa soft accounting online (FREE) tidak ada masalah sama sekali dihampir semua fiturnya. Terus terang yang saya apresiasi hanya fitur Activity Timeline/ Recent Transactionnya aja, hanya ini saja keunggulan yg membedakan dengan soft accounting online (FREE) yg saya pakai sebelumnya :) Makasih.
