De sportacademie bestaat al ruim 65 jaar. In 1945 heeft Jaap Nauwelaerts de Agé de sportacademie opgericht in en om het voormalige koetshuis van het oude landgoed Lindenheuvel, midden in de Bloemendaalse natuur aan de rand van de duinen. Al 32 jaar echter wordt het sportgedeelte van de sportacademie gepacht en gerund door Henk en Trudy Harm. De zwemschool wordt al 20 jaar zeer succesvol gerund door Jim van Baak en Belinda Nauwelaerts de Agé. Vele kinderen hebben al hun zwemdiploma’s gehaald onder de bezielende leiding van Jim en Belinda.
