La literatura es muchas cosas, una de ellas –tal vez la más importante– es como portadora de emociones: el autor tiene una emoción que pone en un texto, como en una botella al mar, con la intención de que alguien algún día la lea.Podríamos decir que lo que un autor escribe son historias, pero no podemos negar que cada historia tiene uno o muchos ingredientes emocionales. Melancolía, rabia, carcajadas, enojo, frustración, satisfacción. Y es que los seres humanos necesitamos constantemente externar lo que sentimos.
Están las redes sociales (sí, otra forma de escribirnos y leernos) que podemos usar para hacerlo. "¿Cómo te sientes hoy?" nos pregunta la computadora y nosotros podemos escribirlo con palabras... O con emoticonos: esas pequeñas figuras que se han convertido en un código universal para comunicarnos y que nunca sustituirán, por supuesto, a la palabra.
