Description

Minhato is a card game played in Korea that is a bit like the old classic game Go-Fish, except you play using a deck of cards known as Hwa-to, Hanafuda or Oriental Flower cards.

Card Point Color Legend:

Grey --- Not used in any special combos
Yellow - Used in combos worth less than 50 points
Green -- Used in combos worth 50 or more points

This is my first Android application and is rewrite of an old application originally developed as shareware in 1992.

Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

5 ★I found koikoi on a DS games compendium and really enjoyed it. After finally remembering what it was called I got it on here and also found this. Had to learn all new combos (would've been easier to wait for this update lol!) but persevered and is now one of my go-to games. Only gripe is now the hands pop up on screen (good!) they stay too long and can interrupt game flow as have to wait for them to clear before moving on. Very minor niggle tho, otherwise never been a problem. 😀😀😀
3 ★I have played this game for years. The first big WTF I saw was dong yak is not a yak on this game. I then noticed several yaks I had never heard of. I did check with other friends and they all agree this is not exactly like it is played in Korea.
5 ★Very very good
5 ★Hey, I've been playing the developer's Minhato game online for years. That's because I like it much better than Korean society's current favorite (and the only one the youngsters today know) flower card game, Go Stop. I learned Minhato when I first lived in Korea oh so many years ago. This app is actually better, in my opinion, than the website. The site, though, does have something the app is missing: explanation of the scoring combinations. It only tells you to check the website. Very challenging game!
5 ★Nice!
5 ★Game is a lot of fun!! Had the chance to meet the developer the other day. Very cool guy! Download this!
5 ★We've played the DOS version on our PC for years. It's great to be able to play on the phone now.
4 ★I like this game but I am still getting used to the different scoring hands. It can be difficult to identify what cards you have captured and at times I get frustrated with the AI. It makes a nice change from Koi-koi though.
5 ★paid versions without eating up too much memory space. I am much better at hanafuda then this version but I like it. Thanks.
2 ★Needs lots of user interface work
5 ★Good game, but Hanafuda is Japanese!! 😊
4 ★Love it
