1 ★Absolutely appalling service. Great offers totally let down by a lack of transparency regarding the refund process and useless customer service. Items are not clearly marked as non-refundable (basic tops and skirts - nothing that would usually be non-refundable) and no one can offer a logical explanation or solution. Ordered several of the same skirt to try the size only to be told it's part of the company policy not to refund. This should be clear at point of purchase not when it's too late.
5 ★Truly I adore shopping on max, easy catalog very fast home delivery, many styles and very affrodable price, quality for such price is amazing, and you can find almost everything from clothing to accessories the only inconvenient is that the application is bit slow + if I'm outside the country I can't check the catalog, it gives me browser searching

3 ★Order selecting was ok BUT all the clothes recieved are so so small (ordered 8-9 yrs old clothes but are so small, they can fit a 4-5 yrs old and 3-4 yrs old clothes were so tight on my 2 yr old - my kids have thin structure). Even the material is not upto mark. I always buy from MAX but this year something is wrong with sizes and materials(not upto.mark)

4 ★Gave an order a week ago that got cancelled due to the driver saying he called me and I didn't respond be he never called . Gave an order again and this time a new driver didnt call or text me at all and just cancelled my order . Finally I paid 10 sr for delivery and later realized it was the same driver that didnt deliver before . One of the shirts given was wrong when I went to return it they said to come back a day later as the system hasn't processed it yet . Update: they resolved my issue
1 ★The worst shopping experience in my life. Sending emails saying orders fa but they still deduct the money, there is no option for cancelation you have to wait till the delivery or collection date passes and then they refund after 10 to 14 day. Customer service have no idea how to do their jobs. It's their system that the fault and now I have to wait and beg for my refund. Editing: as per the reply I recieve from the respected company I sent an email no reply no resolving no refund. Thanks
