1 ★downloaded the app because the "/somethingelse" page wasnt loading. not loading on mobile app either. (ignoring the fact that, no, I dont want anything else, I just want to pay for what I ordered) protip: place a test order before publishing changes to your site
4 ★what is this garbage? old app no longer works, just tells me to update to the "new" app. wouldn't update to "new" app in play store. so i delete it. then there is a link to a "new" app (in the same old app) on some website (i can't verify the location of, because the link is in the app and not a browser) and asks for my google credentials to sign in to dl the "new" app. no thanks. edit - newest update seems to have resolved these issues.
2 ★I enjoyed the old app, it felt cleaner and simpler. This new one doesn't even let me order without turning on my location, which is both annoying and tedious.
5 ★I downloaded this app & automatically received a free order of fries. I placed an order for a grain bowl & within a few days received a gift of a few salads/bowls to get for free. I picked that up & then received a gift of a free winter seasonal item for free with purchase! I have never gotten so many rewards from an app for just being a normal customer! I LOVE this place & their generosity!
2 ★In a word: unreliable. I've been charged for meals twice, my rewards only show up half the time, and the app crashes often. I only keep the app for scanning when in cases I'm dining in, would not recommend it for ordering takeout. Use their website!
2 ★App opens by itself, over any other app. Seems to be anytime I receive an email from B.Good. Creepy and not useful 'feature', uninstalling. A shame, since the other new updates to the app made it much more useable and stable.
1 ★The app says to show the QR code in store to earn rewards. When I went to do that in store, the cashier said we actually cannot scan in store and must order with the app.. This functionality should be removed if we can only earn points by ordering through the app since it was very misleading.

1 ★Can never get it to open and if by some miracle it does then it cant find the location. Gives me notifications so i know it works in some capacity but cant get it to log in even if it does open. Have deleyed and re downloaded without improvement.
1 ★After update, there are times I log in to my phone and the app is loading up. I have also been using my phone and the app will automatically open. Uninstalled due this issue.
