1 ★You have to unistall and reinstall the app every 7 to 10 days. I finally gave up on the bluetooth link and have to manually input blood-sugar test results. Haven't done a control sample since my initial purchase of the device because the menu for it disappeared. There's no active web point of presence to ask how to do anything. My advice is to avoid this product.
3 ★Manual additions take too long: to enter one dose of medication I need more than 10 clicks. Also I seem to be unable to add food entries, there's no "save" option if I fill in ch units only.
4 ★works perfectly, only gripe i have is i wish once i go through a message about high bg once i don't have to dismiss the same message again and again... ok i know, once is fine. otherwise *****
1 ★Today LOCKED me out of my HEALTH DATA. It is forcing me to upgrade, but not allowing me to access all my health data already in the app. Since their dev team tends to introduce more bugs each version, I am not upgrading. Yet today that are locking me out of my data. Core bugs which cause loss of carb and medication data, wrong data points in graph, doesn't often work over Bluetooth, etc. I have filed 14+ bugs with detailed repo steps to their support team by email. The dev team is not resolving. Suggests to me this app is stale/dying, the team is not staffed adequately, or lack of customer focus. Might be better to chose another glucose testing device since this app is not progressing.
2 ★No longer works on Android 7.1.2 (Force close)
5 ★Very useful to track blood sugar levels.
