PSODisk è uno strumento visivo e intuitivo, dedicato alle persone affette da psoriasi. Si compone di 10 domande, che esplorano lo stato di salute generale, la presenza di dolore, prurito, la qualità del sonno, della serenità mentale, della vita sociale, la soddisfazione sul lavoro, la vita sessuale, il senso di vergogna e il coinvolgimento cutaneo.SALUTE - La psoriasi ha compromesso significativamente il mio stato generale di salute

Istruzioni per la compilazione:
Rispondere alle domande del questionario nell’ordine in cui sono presentate.
L’arco temporale al quale dovrà riferirsi l’utente per dare risposta alle dieci domande è l’ultima settimana precedente alla compilazione. La risposta alle singole domande va riportata selezionando il valore numerico relativo in una scala da 0 a 10 dove:
0 equivale ad ""assolutamente no"" e 10 equivale a ""decisamente si""
I punti così individuati verranno uniti da delle rette fino ad ottenere un poligono.
