O Lupus Index é um aplicativo desenvolvido para auxiliar os médicos no acompanhamento da atividade de doença e da dose de corticoide dos seus pacientes com lúpus eritematoso sistêmico. Com este aplicativo, você poderá calcular e acompanhar graficamente a atividade de doença através da pontuação pelo índice SELENA-SLEDAI.- O SELENA-SLEDAI apresenta 24 descritores que englobam 9 órgãos e sistemas e considera somente alterações relacionadas ao LES no momento da consulta ou nos últimos 10 dias. Os itens são ponderados com escores que variam de 1 a 8, desta forma, efeitos mais graves, envolvendo órgãos como rins ou o sistema nervoso central têm pesos mais elevados.
- A redução na pontuação de um paciente requer a completa eliminação de sinais e sintomas da doença, ou resolução de anormalidades laboratoriais, traduzindo-se então em uma redução efetiva da atividade da doença. Objetivos - Oferecer de forma clara, objetiva e interativa o cálculo referentes ao índice de atividade de doença SELENA –SLEDAI.
- Permitir o acompanhamento histórico da atividade de doença e dose de corticoide por paciente.
- Oferecer histórico comparativo entre as consultas. Importante: Este App precisa ser ativado para ser utilizado, é pre-requisito que os usuários sejam médicos formalmente cadastrados no conselho, além disso é preciso de um código de ativação.
