Table Of Contents
Description
YodoFare is an automatic fare collection App which runs on any stock Android phone or tablet and is designed to work in concert with Yodo's mobile payment App to accept fare payment from passengers' mobile phones. Passengers are required to use the client side YodoPay mobile payments App which is freely available for download on both this Play Store and on Apple iTunes. All Yodo mobile Apps are free to download and use but the Yodo merchant App (ROCKET) and this public transit fare collection App (YodoFare) require authorities to first register as Yodo Merchants prior to activating device(s). Once registered the device will gain access to the payment switch for automatic fare collection. Visit the Yodo Fare site listed below for further details and/or contact Yodo, the parent company at the e-mail address provided below.
This software can be customized to collect and report on a variety of fares based on zones and passenger types such as Senior, Adult, Student and Children's fare. Inexpensive plastic or paper printed card stock displaying encrypted static QR codes can be used as pre-paid fare media for those passengers without a smart phone. Static QR codes, used on printed stock do not have the enhanced security of one-time-use dynamic SKS codes generated on passengers' mobile phones.

Questions & Answers
Q: What is an APK File?
A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.
Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?
A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.
Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?
A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.
Q: What are Android App permissions?
A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.
