A Secretaria Municipal de Assuntos Jurídicos de Campinas, por seu Departamento de Proteção ao Consumidor (PROCON de Campinas), lança um aplicativo para facilitar o registro de reclamações e denúncias do cidadão em face dos fornecedores de produtos e serviços de consumo. Este é mais um canal que a Prefeitura Municipal de Campinas disponibiliza, além dos já existentes, como o Procon da Prefeitura de Campinas (acessado através do website http://www.procon.campinas.sp.gov.br/). O desenvolvimento do sistema foi feito pela IMA (Informática de Municípios Associados).Neste aplicativo, é possível fazer denúncias e reclamações por meio de um usuário existente no sistema Procon Campinas Web, como também, caso não tenha cadastro prévio, efetuá-lo no próprio aplicativo. Além disso, é possível acompanhar procedimentos já formalizados.
No cadastramento da denúncia ou reclamação, o cidadão descreverá o relato e também há a possibilidade de enviar fotos e um vídeo do produto reclamado.
O aplicativo permite ainda consultar informações sobre os direitos dos consumidores.
