Tais dados são fornecidos pela Agência Nacional de Vigilância Sanitária (ANVISA).
Obtenha as seguintes informações sobre determinado medicamento:
*Nome;
*Principio ativo;
*Laboratório;
*Classe terapêutica;
*Apresentação;
*Preço;
*Isento ICMS;
*Última atualização
Para o preço do medicamento tem-se as seguintes informações. Medicamentos com preço liberado o valor de revenda e determinado pelo fabricante é recebera a seguinte mensagem: "Preço determinado pelo fabricante".
Caso o preço do medicamento não seja liberado o valor de revenda será composto pelo valores de revenda do medicamento: "Preço R$ 10,00 a R$ 20,00" onde o primeiro valor é o preço máximo ao consumidor composto pelos impostos incidentes por estado. O segundo valor representa o preço máximo ao consumidor com alíquotas de 20% do ICMS.
Caso o medicamento seja de uso hospitalar o campo preço vira preenchido com: "Medicamento de uso hospitalar".
O preço máximo ao consumidor deverá atender às margens previstas no art. 4º da Resolução nº 04, de 12 de março de 2015.
