1 ★Utter garbage. The app doesn't work. When I sign in the app says I am signed in, then when I try to access the premium digital content I have subscribed to it says I have to sign in. When I contact customer services they tell me to reinstall the app and send them a screenshot of the 'error message'. There is no error message it just says I have to sign in. It's a shame as I like the magazine but the digital subscription is a complete waste of money.
1 ★Seem to have continuous problems logging in. I'm subscribed through Lloyds Bank so Bauer aren't interested in helping. Won't subscribe to this again, wasted far too much time.
1 ★This app is unstable on android, refusing to open and then crashing if it does. The 'rewards' section for subscribers does not work at all - doesn't even change colour when you tap it. Total waste of time and uninstalled
1 ★Received email inviting me to make the most of my Country Walking Magazine subscription by accessing the free digital version. Link provided & I followed the create account steps & downloaded the app. Login accepted & status shown as logged in, however as soon as try to access anything it states I need to be a member & to login!! From other reviews here, it seems to be a very poor app with others having similar problems and seems to be no effort to resolve. I will stay with my hardcopy by post!!
1 ★Terrible app, the UI just doesn't work. Very disappointed.
1 ★Absolutely will not let me login. Tells me password doesn't match, any attempt to reset password is met with a message telling me 'something went wrong, try again later'. Despite emailing the magazine subscription service several times I've got nowhere. So frustrating, especially as it's a service I'm paying for

1 ★App doesn't work. Says it needs an update, so clicked on the link which takes me to Google play store, where it says the app is up to date. So I click on the open app button in play store, which tries to open the app, which says it needs updating. So around in circles we go. Emailed the developers, and no reply. Total waste of money. Don't bother subscribing to the digital Country Walking. Always enjoyed reading the printed magazine in the past. Shame this has spoiled it. Hoping for a refund!
