Para concretizar os sonhos de um homem, torná-los palpáveis, é necessário um somatório de esforços. Desilusões, vitórias, derrotas e alegrias se transfomam numa alavanca que impulsiona a vontade em busca do sucesso.Este sonho começou em 26 de outubro de 1976 quando foi fundado o LAPEC LABORATÓRIO DE ANALISES E PESQUISAS CLÍNICAS, carinhosamente chamado de "Lapec". Um grupo de bioquímicos idealistas, transbordando energia e conhecimento acadêmico começaram a concretizar seus sonhos plantando esta semente na Região dos Lagos, atraídos pelas belezas naturais e pela necessidade da classe médica e do povo por novas tecnologias no campo laboratorial.
A matriz foi fixada na cidade de Araruama - RJ e logo se extendeu para as cidades de Iguaba-RJ e Saquarema-RJ(Bacaxá), demonstrando sempre um espírito moderno e fraterno, trabalhando diuturnamente, houve um desenvolvimento proporcional ao da região que triplicou sua população no decorrer desses mais de trinta anos.
Graças ao trabalho da equipe que compõe o quadro de colaboradores do laboratório, conseguimos atingir um atendimento pessoal e técnico de alto nível; pessoas de formação universitária e selecionadas pela sua inclinação pscicológica de serviço ao próximo que os torna diferenciados.
Com um foco permanente no atendimento e no aperfeiçoamento, realizamos rigoroso controle de qualidade pela Sociedade Brasileira de Análises clínicas através do Programa Nacional de Qualidade , onde sempre obtivemos Diploma Ouro por Excelência na atividade.
