Bought a new book for my child and it will not download to the bear. also, there is no way to ask for help or contact anyone to help you with this. ypu are on your own and if it doesn't work 9h well. Also, I can only see the new item purchased every other time I go into the app. This is a complete waste of money. So angry!

1 ★I have the bear, downloaded the app, Im trying to set it up Christmas eve so it just works for her when she opens it. Instructions say that in the app there is a library button in the top right, but I don't see a library button, so I'm unable to get more content.
