The My NYCHA mobile application allows public housing residents to create, submit, schedule, view and update maintenance service requests, view alerts and outages related to their developments, view their scheduled inspections and maintain their contact information via their smartphones and tablets. My NYCHA empowers residents to create service request 24/7 and reduce their need to call NYCHA’s Customer Contact Center.

How to install My NYCHA APK on Android phone or tablet?

1 ★It doesn't work or allows you to sign in so I can't upload my information it sucks bad please fix the problems

4 ★The app csn not be used on new android cell phones! Please fix that all tenants can take advantage of the services available on the app. I use this app to create and check tickets, check my rent payments and have had no problems except once when it would not allow me to log on. Since that time, it has been consistently available and operational. It is better than calling the Call Center in my opinion. One thing I wish we could complain about heat and hot water without having to create a ticket.i

1 ★This App is broken and no longer works. app used to work to at least see my tickets and request some repairs. now its just a blank screen. uninstalled and re-installed and same thing, no log in, no splash screen, nothing, just a blank white screen. other apps on my phone work fine

1 ★The app doesn't even allow me to log in, it says I'm offline no matter where I'm at. It's been a year since I been able to use that app. Useless..

2 ★The app is alright. But there are some glitches in it. You put in the ticket, and the app freezes. The housing personnel can't read the notes that is more specific about the issues that is reported. You can't upload pictures to illustrate the issues reported as well.

1 ★This app is as garbage as the service that they give to us tenants. I usually use the app to report repairs or anything that is out of order. For the past few weeks I'm getting an error saying "You currently offline. Please connect to the Internet and try again". I clearly have mobile data and even on WiFi it still says the same.
