任意の記録項目を定義し、記録、カレンダーへの表示、一覧表示、グラフ表示ができるアプリです。

■記録項目には、以下を定義できます。
・数値
・文字
・選択
・開始時刻／終了時刻
・写真

■数値と開始時刻／終了時刻を設定すると、記録データからグラフ出力します。

■デフォルトでは、例として以下の記録アイコンが定義されています。
・体重／身長（自動的にＢＭＩを計算）
・血圧（自動的に脈圧と平均血圧を計算）
※脈圧=上の血圧-下の血圧
　平均血圧=下の血圧+(上の血圧-下の血圧)/3
・体温
・体操時間

■開始時刻／終了時刻の記録には、タイマーまたはストップウォッチを使用することができます。
