1 ★Can't sync with my Samsung, so frustrating. Please fix this issue. OP 8/5/18, promised the Android connection issue would be fixed in 6 months. 5/1/20, yes I can run it on iPad but it would be so much easier to use my android when out and about. This was paid for by Defence and it is touted as being able to link with ALL smart devices, still will not link with Android, even after uninstall/reinstall process. Will be reporting to my. Provider and passing information on to Defence.

3 ★Since yesterday (Set 10) I can't get the ITENS app to open. I have tried to reinstalle it many times but nothing works. I have ask a friend to try it but she can't even download it. I love my I TENS but there always seems that something is going wrong.

1 ★Not working with Android 6 and above phone. No upgrade to settle this problem at all.

5 ★I ordered the device off of Amazon. The unit that came didn't sync with myPixel 2 XL; however I contacted the company directly and they sent me anupdated unit. I got it 3 days later. Synced the app with my phone rightaway! I'm already noticing relief in my neck and shoulders.This app is veryeasy to use.

1 ★Does not sync with my Android phone anymore. How have they not fixed this to work with Oreo yet? It's been months and still only have manual control. I love the pain relief but without app control I have no reason to continue to buy replacement parts. Please fix this ASAP! I am actively looking for a replacement product.

1 ★After getting a hold of the manufacturer I received a replacement device.For some reason my email to them didn't make it. But once I was able tocontact them they were very helpful and went out of their way to replacethe faulty item. So I do apologize for my last review, they do deserve toget full stars just for the customer service alone So first time using thereplacement iTENS and brand new out of the box the device says reconnectgel pads. Really the replacement device is faulty!!! I should have stuck tothe doctor ho device at least that hasn't failed me in four years of owningit
