3 ★Sometimes it just stops working & tells me I've no items on loan, nothing in reserve etc, which I know isn't true. I have to uninstall & re-install, which is a pain. Having said that, when it does work, it's a really convenient tool.

2 ★A shame as I like the idea of this app but after installing I woke the next morning with 50% battery lost over 7 hours. This app had prevented the OS from sleeping. Using 4.4 with ART runtime.

4 ★Good for searching, renewing and reserving. The search is simple - not lots of options, but that is nice. I still need to use the pc for some things eg renewing my kids books as its easier to swap between accounts there. Would really like option to add to my wishlist as well as renew - that would make it a 5 for me. All in all nice app with good attractive interface.
