＜画面説明＞
■ 画像1枚目（日報一覧画面）
・「日報を追加」ボタン
日報画面へ遷移する。
・「設定を開く」ボタン
設定画面へ遷移する。
・日報一覧
クリックした日報の情報をダイアログで表示する。
■ 画像2枚目（日報情報ダイアログ）
・「コピー」ボタン
対象の日報の日付以外の情報をコピーして、日報画面へ遷移する。
・「削除」ボタン
対象の日報を削除して、ダイアログを閉じる。
・「閉じる」ボタン
ダイアログを閉じる。
■ 画像3枚目（設定画面）
・「保存して戻る」ボタン
入力済みの設定情報を保存して、日報一覧へ遷移する。
・「訪問先を追加」ボタン
訪問先追加ダイアログを表示する。
・訪問先一覧
クリックすると対象の訪問先の変更／削除ダイアログを表示する。
長押しすると対象の訪問先の順番変更ダイアログを表示する。
■ 画像4枚目（訪問先の変更／削除ダイアログ）
・「変更」ボタン
対象の訪問先を変更して、ダイアログを閉じる。
・「削除」ボタン
対象の訪問先を削除して、ダイアログを閉じる。
・「閉じる」ボタン
ダイアログを閉じる。
■ 画像5枚目（訪問先の順番変更ダイアログ）
・「上へ」ボタン
1番目以外の訪問先の場合、1つ上の訪問先と順番を変更する。
・「下へ」ボタン
最後以外の訪問先の場合、1つ下の訪問先と順番を変更する。
・「閉じる」ボタン
ダイアログを閉じる。
■ 画像6枚目（日報画面）
・「保存して戻る」ボタン
入力済みの日報情報を保存して、日報一覧へ遷移する。
・「送信する」ボタン
入力済みの日報情報を保存して、保存した内容をメーラーへ連携する。
■ 画像7、8枚目（日付設定ダイアログ、訪問先選択ダイアログ）
・「OK」ボタン
選択した値を日報画面へ反映する。
・「閉じる」ボタン
ダイアログを閉じる。
＜項目説明＞
■ 日付：
・初期値はアプリ起動時の日付
・クリックで日付設定ダイアログ表示
■ 開始：
・初期値は「09:00」
・設定画面で初期値を変更可能
・クリックで時間設定ダイアログ表示
■ 終了：
・初期値はアプリ起動時の時間
・クリックで時間設定ダイアログ表示
■ 訪問：
・クリックで訪問先設定ダイアログ表示
■ 内容：
・クリックで内容の入力欄を最大化
・最大化状態でクリックすると元に戻る
