مسواكي ، شركة سعودية تطمح الى تطبيق سنة نبينا صلى الله عليه وسلم وذلك عن طريق تسويق منتج بسيط وهو السواك. اوصانا النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم بالسواك وذلك لتفادي تسوس الأسنان والحفاظ على صحتها.يمكن عن طريق مسواكي الاشتراك وذلك عن طريق التسجيل بالبرنامج واختيار نوع السواك ومدة الاشتراك. ونحن نقوم بالاتي:
١- يتم إرسال إيميل للمشترك بعد الاشتراك لتأكيد التسجيل.
٢- يتم الاتصال من قبل موظفيننا لتأكيد تفاصيل الاشتراك والعنوان.
٣- يتم بعناية ودقة اختيار منتجكم ومن ثم تطهيره وتغليفه.
٤ - يقوم موظفي مسواكي المتخصصون بالتأكد من الجودة.
٥ - بإمكان المشترك عند إذن ان يقوم بتسجيل الدخول و ثم الدخول على "وين مسواكي" ليقوم المشترك بمعرفة وصول المنتج.
٦ - يقوم موظفي مسواكي المختصون بتوصيل منتجنا بكل رعاية الى بيت المشترك وسوف يتم الاتصال بالمشترك آنذاك واعلامه بانه تم توصيل المنتج.
٧ - سوف يصل للمشترك أيضا تنبيه من خلال برنامج مسواكي بان المنتج قد تم توصيله.
إضافات:
- بامكان المشترك في حال الرغبة طلب صندوق مسواكي الخاص خارج المنزل مع تسليم مفتاح خاص يكون من خلاله استلام المنتج اسهل.
- بإمكان المشترك أيضا اهداء الاشتراك بالخدمة الى شخص اخر في حال الرغبة.
من القائمة الرئيسيّة بإمكان المشترك تغيير نوع الاشتراك او طرق الدفع المستخدمة.
