De Chubb Companion+ app is een vorm van persoonlijke assistentie waarmee u door één druk op de alarmknop direct wordt geholpen vanuit onze alarmcentrale. Na activering van de alarmknop wordt een spreek-/luisterverbinding opgezet met onze centralist. Deze zal naar uw situatie informeren om na te gaan of u hulp nodig heeft. Desgewenst kan een contactpersoon, bewakingsdienst of zelfs hulpinstanties geïnformeerd worden over uw situatie. Of u nu binnen in een pand of buiten op locatie bent; onze centralist kan heel gericht hulp sturen; hij weet immers exact waar u zich bevindt.Afhankelijk van uw smartphone ondersteunt de Chubb Companion+ app ook een hoog risico modus. Reageert u binnen een in te stellen aantal minuten niet, dan maakt Chubb Companion daar automatisch melding van bij onze alarmcentrale.
