1 ★Staff had the audacity to shout at me when I wasn't even speaking to her. I wouldn't trust my house or family with them. Engage at your own risk.
1 ★Didn't engage. Not sure if it's the app or the company but the price goes up from the advertised hourly rate once you go to the next page of listing a job. Then they add a random festive day charge. Is 9 Jan Festive? I think not. Then there's a 1hr admin fee just to place an ad followed by 50% admin fees once a job is accepted. Not very transparent with the costing and doesn't give me any confidence to use the service. Good idea but can't commit to it as I'm looking for an ongoing arrangement and don't want to get ripped off.

1 ★Apart of only 1 option available - Domestic Worker & no other option. This person called Anna called like 3 times in 3 days time even after 1st day mentioned that I am only available next week. This is like a phone harrasment! And its mentioned the job is urgent. How urgent also no use when Im not in the country this weekend to do the job & she asked if I want to remove from the list so I mention pls go ahead.
