This application is done for you. It gives you a short guided relaxation call Yoga Nidra (arround half an hour) which can relax yourself. You only need to be in a relax and safe place to start the meditation and to fallow the vocal instructions. It can be practiced at any of your available free time.
The practice is done by lying down on a floor of a place where you will not be disturbed during the practice.
