System Prerequisites
The FirstClass Mobile application requires that you have an active account with mobile access privileges enabled, on a FirstClass 11.0 or later based server. You must login to your server's FirstClass Communities (formerly known as Social Workplace) URL. Important: this URL will be a different address from the one you use for your PC/Mac desktop client or regular web client. If you do not know your FirstClass Communities URL, please contact your system administrator.

2 ★I'm having trouble of sending my emails and it does not refresh it self. I have tried to send an email but it does not show up on in my mailbox that I have sent it or not. In addition, it deletes it's self while I'm in the middle of typing an email. I have not had this trouble before till this occurs. Also, can you add a unread/unsent button too. It be really amazing if you did.
1 ★I have lost several important messages because the reply function does not work. After composing a reply and hitting send an error message appears that the object no longer exists. Do not use the mobile app for important work.

If FirstClass cared, they would fix it. 4. If you've seen the iOS app, prepare for disappointment. This app. is terrible and even acknowledging the difficulties in creating an app. that works on every Android platform, it is clear they just half-assed this. With companies looking at outsourcing their email, FirstClass better watch their butt
1 ★Limited functions with app on Android, No access to calendar!! Limited settings control, network operation errors, glitches causing it to shut down... Come on man! So much better software offered elsewhere!
1 ★This app does not let me get past the login screen. It keeps giving me a network I/O error. Works fine on the iPad but I need this to work on my phone since it is more portable compared to the iPad.
1 ★I work at U-Haul and this is an app we is but I don't have an account so I couldn't use it but I'm pretty sure in your update notifications you meant to say complies* instead of comples which I'm sorry I have to be that person. Once I can get an account and access this app I'll do another review.
1 ★I used to be able to "trick" the app to let me log in by changing the server and then changing it back. It was time consuming... but it worked. After the latest update, I can't log in at all. Please change it back!

1 ★Installed and Uninstalled the app many times with no success. The app keeps running into errors when trying to log in on my Samsung, yet runs perfectly on an iPhone. Hopefully this low rating will prompt the developers to release an update for non-iPhone users soon. I won't hold my breath though.

1 ★I have tried NUMEROUS times to access my email account for work but every time I get an error code. Unfortunately, this is the only app I am able to use to access my work emails.
2 ★All I can do with First Class is check my messages. I can't reply to emails, which one would think is an essential component to an email app. To be fair, First Class on the desktop is pretty awful as well. A total waste of school district resources.
