Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

1 ★Worst service ever. The website redirects to the wrong page when you try to make a payment. Called customer services and they asked me to call their technician. Tried two numbers I was given. Couldn't reach him. Called customer service number again. They said try the app. Downloaded app. When I tried to pay through the app it... wait for it... opened up my browser and redirected me to the same (incorrect) registration page as the website had done. Awaiting call back now for 2 hours! JOKE.
1 ★Don't waste your time and money on this. I couldn't get to detach the bike. I even asked to another person. Had the same issue. Plus the whole system is very confusing. Upon registration my balance was already negative of .50 GBP
1 ★Customer service is non existent. The phone number on sign directs you to parking enforcement, and there has been zero response to email and messages. When bikes and rental racks work, the system is fine. Otherwise, don't expect help if you need it.
1 ★HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! First, its so hard to get the bike out and when its out its your responsibility (Where the nightmare starts). You go around Gib and everything is fine until you try to put the bike back and the counter doesn't stop.No matter what u do, it still goes on.Customer service never pick up, and they never reply to any emails. No matter how hard you try to reach them or how serious the issue is.
1 ★Terrible service, couldn't get bikes to release from stations two out of three attempts. Waste of time and money.
