How to install Wio APK on Android phone or tablet?
Download Wio APK file from ApkClean, then follow these steps:
Update Phone Settings
Go to your phone Settings page
Tap Security or Applications (varies with device)
Check the Unknown Sources box
Confirm with OK
Go to Downloads
Open Downloads on your device by going to My Files or Files
Tap the APK file you downloaded (cc.seeed.iot.ap-v2.5.2-ApkClean.apk)
Tap Install when prompted, the APK file you downloaded will be installed on your device.
A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.
Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?
A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading). As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.
Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?
A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.
Q: What are Android App permissions?
A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

4 ★I have a problem with the image of the program , there is no images at all please help what I can do????
1 ★when sign in as Facebook
3 ★Great product when you can get it to work. I cannot configure it on my S7. I got it to work by connecting it with my wife's iPhone then I could use the android app.
2 ★I would steer clear of the Wio product line for now. Wio is a great concept, but suffers from an immature/incomplete set of drivers, this confusing/poorly working app, and poorly documented ecosystem right now. This app is a part of the whole problem. It failed to connect to my device (Android/solution had to use the CLI). It was the first glimpse given into what Grove sensors were compatible with the Link device and what weren't -- shown to me well AFTER I bought a set of mostly unusable sensors. Nice one Seeed -- thanks a lot. Finally, it is confusing. The drag and drop in particular is very poorly designed. There is little indication that not all sensors are compatible with all slots. Worse, when you grab an item to drag, the slots that are INCOMPATIBLE say "Drag device here", whereas the slots that are actually compatible, lose that indicator. This is the exact OPPOSITE to how it should work. Why would this app tell me to drag a sensor to an incompatible slot??? Anyhow, what I thought would be a fun experiment with solderless IoT, from a company I would normally trust, has turned into an expensive fail. It is unfair to present this as a working product/ecosystem.
1 ★App just crashes when trying to connect to the server to add a device.
2 ★Wio link is such a great product - it is a shame that it is let down by an app that doesn't work for many. I cannot configure the wio other than using the CLI. Which completely fly's in the face of what the kickstarter campaign was about.
2 ★Can the dev explain in the app description why these are needed? Seems unnecessary to have access to app history, phone, call log, etc.
1 ★Gave it a month, saw two app updates released, and still - neither unit will connect. Sorry but I don't really have the time nor inclination to mess around with some sort of command line toolkit. I'll try again after two or three more updates. So far, just another Kickstarter disappointment.
5 ★Since v2.2.2 App work like intended. I am able to add links directly in the App on a Nexus 7 and a Nexus 5x, both running latest Android 6. It takes some time until connected Links and their connected Grove modules appear if the app is reused after some days.
5 ★It just works, tablet or phone. Super pleased
5 ★It is working like a charm again! Thanks!
2 ★The list of supported Grove components is too small, shouldn't all Grove components sold by Seeed be supported by the app? Half the components I have are unsupported and thus useless. When will more components be supported?
