1 ★Warning. App currently sucks. Slow, login and password a pain. Needs biometric sign in. App needs updating. Car finder is flakey at best. Dont buy this option until the app is updated. Dont hold your breath either, nothing has improved since the app was first released. Costly, annoying, junk. Smarten up Mazda.
1 ★I won't waste my ( or your ) time reiterating what everybody else has already stated about this garbage app but, I wanted to point out to Mazda just how ridiculous it is by saying: There is a "Panic" feature in the app to activate the car horn in an emergency situation ... What good is this feature if it takes two minutes of entering login information and waiting for the system to activate ?
1 ★I have tried over and over again to log in and it keeps telling me I have an incorrect username or password. Every time I get this message I go in and change the password, but I still am not able to gain access. What was the point of paying all of this money for this auto start system if I'm not going to be able to use it. So frustrating!

1 ★this is the worst app ever.... and I pay for it!!!!! I can't tell you how many times I have had to call into Mazda over this stupid app!!! I have free apps that work 10,000 times better. I think my 8 yr old niece could design a better app than this. I would have picked a zero start but it wouldn't let me
1 ★App is very slugish. Takes at least 3 min to login and start your car. Not convenient considering the price tag for the install and the yearly subscription cost. Would be faster to walk out and start my car manually. Cancelled my subscription after finishing my first year.
3 ★Keeps telling me password is wrong, even after I reset it. I uninstall, reinstall, etc. Useless now. UPDATE: I created a whole new login and password, and now that seems to be working. A pain, but I suggest this for anyone who is having the same issues.
1 ★I subscribed when I bought my 2019 cx9 in the Fall of 2018. Mobile Start worked great but i am giving it only 1 star because my subscription expired and I have been unable to login and renew it. I just sent an email to mobilestart requesting help hopefully they will fix whatevers wrong so I can give it 5 stars
2 ★this ap is very slow and cumbersome. you have to enter password every time even if "remember me" is checked. by the time it loads and takes action you do t need it anymore. it also will not allow you to turn on seat heat or air. Very disappointing system especially for the price.
1 ★Terrible app. Constant password issues, connectivity issues, and extremely slow. It shouldn't take 5 minutes to start the car. Currently can't log in because it won't accept my credentials even though they're correct.
1 ★I knew the reviews were bad, but I bought this thing anyway. I regret it. I really wish I had a aftermarket car starter. This app is absolute trash. You have to authenticate twice just to start your car, and each step takes a minute. It won't even work with my LastPass so it actually reduces security because I have to use an easily typed password. Look on YouTube, there are ways to install an aftermarket starter that you can trigger with your Mazda remote with a triple tap of the lock button.
1 ★App needs some serious updates. So old, slow, and not user friendly. Also, it renewed for another year and charged me even though I tried several times to cancel. And they will not cancel or refund!!! This is all enough frustration that I will never get a Mazda vehicle again
