2 ★Really? I spent the 8 buck to plot more than 10 location as I am a building inspector and inspect up to 30 different properties a day. I could not find the address of 4 out of the 18 destination I was plotting so I had to go into Google maps find it and plot it manually onto the app ... but it gets better ... i then started to check the other address locations the address is in the app correct but the plots are almost all in the wrong spot. So now I have wasted 8 buck on a JUNK app
5 ★as a process server on the first day, I love this. paid for premium before I even used it in the field. I could tell from the menus and features with lack of bugs it would be exactly what I wanted. I uploaded 24 locations with a CSV file, and completed the route in 9 hours. I especially love the ability to click navigate and it will use your Google maps or wayz! optimized my route for me and probably saved me 3-4 hours if I had tried to route it manually with Google maps. 5/5 well deserved!
2 ★Coming from using Roadwarrior, I find this to be clumsy/cumbersome, and less intuitive. I would like some stream-lining done to make function and process smoother. The price was slightly cheaper so without a trial I jumped right in. After a full days usage routing only 15 stops I was annoyed and exhausted. I'll try again today (reluctantly) but only because a bought a month... let's see how it handles 6 locations...
5 ★Great planning app. Love the extra data fields available for each stop. Would be great if we can do something with that info! Optimizes, saves your routes, tracks time, and the feature to allow time at each stop, plus ability to change start time is a great feature. Really Helps to plan your day.
1 ★App works well. Has helped save me time on all my routes. However, I give this a single star for one reason only, the constant in app push for me to give 5 stars after every route is finished, with no option to rate lower than 5. That is a manipulative design choice, and I will not allow that to go unnoticed.
1 ★I want my money back! This app completely ruined my day at work!!! I entered the 35 addresses then paid for the upgrade added the other 112 addresses just to find out even if you pay for the upgrade the app only allows 34 addresses. Let alone the hour it took to enter 112 addresses that were no where to be found after i hit optimise. Thanks for wasting my time I work for USPS so my time is valuable!! Just like this app would have been if it worked properly!
2 ★It helps but it's not that good. I had a small route and used the free part, then got a bigger route, so I bought one month. I have 50 stops in two counties. It messed up on about 11 of them. Three times, it missed the destination by a quarter mile or more. Several addresses it just refuses to accept as if they don't exist.
3 ★I use it daily for multiple stops. A lot of the time when I enter a address it will take me to the street with a range like 1200-1400 ABC drive instead of 1325 ABC drive. And sometimes when I hit Navigate it takes me to the wrong place. I have to back arrow to see where its sending me and then correct it. And when I'm out in the country kt tries to send me down streets that dont even connect to the address I need just because its directly behind the place I need.
1 ★Terrible, super important day... delivering food to people in need, app sent me to several wrong locations when routing info transferred to navigation wasted hours of my day. Paid 7.99 to have street addresses fall off and be led to streets that didn't correspond to addresses that were routed. Had to do it all by hand and individually input each address to and from each location.
4 ★***Updated Review*** Please give the option to drag and drop, or otherwise move a stop to any order on the route list. Right now, if I wanted to, say, move stop 23 up to stop 2, I would have to move up one slot at a time. Or what if I want to add a stop in between two slots. When I have a route of 200 stops that's not doable. Thanks!!
5 ★I really like this app I deliver mail for a living and the equipment we use license is always the greatest and there's been times I've been delivering packages and have no idea where I'm going and I end up passing addresses several times this app takes a little bit of time to set the route up so once you do and you optimize the route it really does no more passing addresses several times
